Holotropic Breathwork for Men - Breath of Tāne

Holotropic Breathwork

Experience the transformative power of Holotropic Breathwork within a dedicated men’s container. Guided by experienced practitioners, you’ll explore the inner world safely and deeply through breath, music and supported bodywork.

What to expect

Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful method for exploring the psyche and accessing the healing intelligence within. Developed by Dr. Stanislav & Christina Grof, sessions combine accelerated breathing, evocative music and supported bodywork to invite non-ordinary states of consciousness that can support personal growth, emotional healing and spiritual insight.

  • Strong, safe men’s space with skilled facilitation
  • Breathwork journey with music & supported movement
  • Integration time and space for reflection

Why a men’s container?

Breath of Tāne offers brotherhood, accountability and support that many men rarely experience in daily life. You’ll connect with breath and body, explore your whakapapa (lineage), and bring awareness to barriers that obscure purpose, power and joy.

Intention: stand in sovereignty; embody leadership and responsibility; open to greater freedom and fulfilment.
